- Grate radish and mix some salt.
- Wait for 5-10 minutes and squeeze water out then mix in white pepper, sugar and hondashi.
- Add water into 1/2 all purpose flour and 1/2 corn starch
- Mix in salt, black pepper, white pepper, hondashi, baking powder, one egg and dry shrimp.
- Heat oil with mode then one spoon of batter.
- Add radish mix then top with batter to seal.
- Merge into medium high temp oil for few minutes
- Flip out the pancake into deep oil for another few minutes or until golden color.
